Policy

• Review of energy policy and strategy.
• Evaluation of policies and to advise on the impact of these on the Trinidad and Tobago energy sector.
• Research and coordination of the finalising of policy position on behalf of the management team.

Performance Management

• Development systems and metrics to evaluate the performances of Divisions
• Identify problems, bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.

International Relations

• Focal point for active interface with international energy organisations.
• Analysis and review of international energy sector developments.
• Management of responsibilities related to Trinidad and Tobago's involvement in international bodies.
• Identification of strategic opportunities related to Trinidad and Tobago's membership in international bodies.
