Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago it is my pleasure to launch the sixth Trinidad and Tobago Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) report. The EITI as the name suggests focuses on transparency and accountability in how a country manages its oil, gas or mineral resources.
