My early years with Amoco brought me very close to Frankie and his family in Mafekin, Mayaro .
Although many years have elapsed, I will always remember his infectious passion for solutions, involvement, optimism and natural charisma.
I am saddened at his passing and pray that his family finds strength in this very difficult time.
