I wish to express my deepest regrets and sincere condolences at the loss of Minister Khan, who I have worked with over the last three years in my capacity as Permanent Secretary. He was a sincere and kind leader with a passion for people and his country. His drive for results in the work place was appropriately seasoned with a sense of humour and a love for story telling. His dedication to his family was evident in my daily discussions with him.
May God comfort his wife and loved ones during this difficult time. He will be dearly missed.
