Brief/Overview

The Downstream Petroleum Management Division (Supply & Transmission, LNG Gas Utilization and Downstream Retail Marketing) is responsible for regulating the local wholesale and retail marketing of petroleum products and the operations of the refining subsector. This division also develops and recommends strategies and policies as appropriate.
