Senator the Honourable Franklin Abrahim Khan, Minister of Energy & Energy Industries was a true patriot, dedicated to making a positive impact on the landscape of Trinidad & Tobago.

He died while serving the country he loved. I salute him for his selfless service and send my sincerest condolences to his family and colleagues during this time of their loss.
