Everyday we looked forward for his guidance and wisdom as we worked in harmony to navigate , monitor and build the energy landscape. 

He was a fount of institutional knowledge, a visionary, an energy icon, mentor and friend, who was extremely passionate about the sector and worked hard to extract value  for the people of Trinidad and Tobago despite its inherent challenges. 

An absolute joy to work with every day, a kindhearted gentle soul,  a man of many stories and experiences which was  always generously shared.

Oh how I wish we had more time ………..time to savour and immerse ourselves in his brilliance….

To see that trademark smile one more time….but alas it was not to be!

We feel a profound sense of loss at his sudden passing and wish to express our condolences to his family at this difficult time.

He was genuinely loved by all and will be greatly missed.
