On Wednesday 8^th December 2021, Minister of Energy and Energy Industries and Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister the Honourable Stuart Young MP participated in a Ministerial Round Table focused on Regional Development and Opportunities in Latin America as part of the 23^rd World Petroleum Conference held in Houston, Texas from December 5^th – 9^th, 2021.  The panellist on the round table included His Excellency Dario Martinez, Secretary of Energy, Argentina; Dr Jose Armando Zamora, President of the National Hydrocarbons Agency of Columbia and His Excellency Eduardo Gonzales Toro, Minister of Energy and Mines Peru, moderated by Sebastian Borgarello, Vice President Consulting, IHS Markit.
