The Trinidad and Tobago Solid Waste Management Company Limited (SWMCOL) is partnering with the National Gas Company, and two of its subsidiaries, National Energy and NGC CNG, to capture and utilise the landfill gas emitted by the Forres Park landfill. Today, at the Ministry of Public Utilities’ Head Office, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the State Agencies to facilitate implementation of the joint venture.
