It is with deep sadness that I have learnt of the passing of Senator Franklyn Khan. As a colleague Energy Minister I was looking forward to working with him to advance our two countries’ and the region’s energy and energy related sectors, but that is not to be. I extend sincerest condolences to his family, relatives, and friends; to the staff of the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries; and to the Government and people of Trinidad and Tobago.
