From school days, Frankie had a passion and patriotism to serve our beloved country. He used his brilliance, commitment, down to earth nature and signature smile to accomplish this. I followed his success with pride always ecstatic to boast that I went to school with this country boy from Mayaro. Frankie has left big shoes to fill. I hereby extend my condolences to his family and know that his soul will rest in peace.
