Minister Franklin Khan was a very approachable and affable person who listen and gave you that gentle smile. He will be missed as a Minister and PMN member who gave his talent and time to Trinidad and Tobago. Deepest condolences to his wife, children and family. May he Rest In Peace. Amen

I met Mr. Khan while he was in the opposition. He never came across, as arrogant or bigger than anyone. He showed me so much respect as we worked on a project  of which I had to supervise. His calm/professional demeanor left a ever lasting impression on me. May his soul rest in peace.
