You fought to the end, despite your health challenges, and died with your boots on, in service to the country. I remember your trademark call sign whenever you telephoned me: "Frankie here, boy", which reminded me that you never forgot your country roots. Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.

As my former Minister at the MOWT, I will always cherish the manner in which he conducted his HODs meetings; a decent human being with a warm smile. Condolences to his family. RIP Mr Khan with the heavenly Angels .
