It's with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to my former MP. Any part of Moruga you walk there is'nt a person that would speak ill about Frankie. Minister Khan was my former line Minister from 2002 to 2005. We developed a close professional relationship. I enjoyed his support, trust and confidence. He was able to overcome political adversity and once more became a Cabinet Minister. He was a true patriot who served TT with distinction. His passing is a great loss to TT and the region. We pray that his family will have strength during this difficult period. Keep on smiling Frankie. May your souls RIP.
