Please accept my most sincere condolences at the passing of Senator the Honourable Franklin Khan. I wish strength to all of his family, friends and colleagues at this difficult time. I will remember him as a humble man deeply committed to the development of the energy industry, but more importantly, to the people of Trinidad & Tobago.
