Frankie as I called him ,was a country boy with a passion to make a difference to his country. It is a space and a place that we shared for many years. He had a passion for election campaigns and he fought each for what he believed to be a better society. While working on the present he had a view of the future which he worked towards creating. He represents what is possible despite the challenges that you may meet on your journey. I salute his courage and thank him for his contributions. You have done well my brother .May the almighty give strength and courage to your family and on our behalf we pray for their continued blessings.RIP.

Minister Khan's approachability and humility will be missed, as well as his balanced demeanour and straightforward approach to things. His belief in the importance of preparing the energy sector for the future, was also very valuable, and was a strength that Trinidad and Tobago will benefit from, as the years to come will attest to. May he rest in peace.
